Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dosy iOS application and related website (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using Dosy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dosy is a personal tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance. Reference half‑lives, serum curves, timing tips, AI suggestions, and any other information in the app are illustrative aids only and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for you. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any substance, medication, or regimen. You are solely responsible for your health decisions and for complying with all laws applicable to any substance in your jurisdiction.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Dosy on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Do not use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, and comply with all laws governing any substances you choose to track.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its backend.
4. AI features
Optional AI features (Discover and AI Coach) generate suggestions using a third‑party model. Output is automated, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and you should independently verify anything before relying on it. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled when you use these features.
5. Your data
Your regimen data is stored on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (e.g. via iCloud and CSV export). We are not responsible for data loss. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers & assumption of risk
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. You use the Service, and make any health‑related decisions, entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months or USD $50.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
9. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and Dosy only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the Service must also comply with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, except where mandatory consumer‑protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
